We are property maintenance specialists servicing the wider Sydney region and regional NSW. We are an established property maintenance business and are looking to bring the perfect candidate into our Lawns and Garden Team.

This a full-time role, with a competitive salary for the right candidate.

This role requires someone who can work independently, follow instructions, and is happy working out-doors. It is a physically intensive job, so applicants should be fit and happy to work hard. Applicants must hold a driver's licence.

The job will require someone who is willing to travel across the wider Sydney and Regional NSW for jobs. Travel allowances are extra on top of salary for jobs outside metropolitan area. Overnight stays in regional NSW may be required. Full time hours will be 38 hours per week, with paid overtime for additional hours.

We will be able to give a successful applicant close to full time hours on a casual trial period, with quick transition to a full-time role if they fit well with our company. We perform some work as contractors for Sydney Trains, so transition to full-time work with us will be contingent on passing the RIW course.

A successful applicant will have to be: respectful, knowledgeable, trust-worthy and punctual. Gardening/horticulture experience not necessary but will be highly regarded. Flexibility to spend occasional nights away from Sydney at regional sites will be very highly regarded.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to: Lawn Mowing (ride-on and push), edging, weeding, hedging, gardening, landscaping and other garden maintenance jobs.
