About the Roles

We are hiring for two positions:

Gardener Team Leader – Lead small teams, work alongside the owner, and take responsibility for delivering high standards of garden presentation and client service.

Gardener Team Member – Work alongside experienced horticulturists, developing your skills and contributing to the care of some of Sydney’s most beautiful private gardens.

Key Responsibilities

Precision hedging and topiary

Pruning, feeding, mulching, and plant health management

Lawn care and immaculate garden presentation

Professional interaction with clients and upholding site standards

About You

Team Leader

Demonstrated horticulture/gardening experience

Excellent plant knowledge (hedging & topiary essential)

Leadership skills, reliable and detail-focused

Current driver’s licence and Australian work rights (sponsorship considered)

Team Member

Horticulture/gardening experience with enthusiasm to learn

Plant knowledge desirable (hedging & topiary an advantage)

Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Driver’s licence preferred
