What You’ll Be Doing:

Leading and supervising gardening and maintenance teams on residential, commercial, and strata sites

Overseeing daily operations, ensuring work quality and safety standards are met

Assisting with lawn mowing, edging, whipper-snipping, hedge trimming, pruning, planting, and general garden maintenance

Managing job site organization and tool/ equipment coordination

Providing training and mentorship to junior team members

Liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction and addressing any concerns

What We’re Looking For:

Significant experience in garden maintenance and landscaping

Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team

A current driver’s license (essential)

Strong knowledge of gardening techniques and safety protocols

Physically fit, reliable, and comfortable working outdoors in various conditions

Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude

Willingness to learn, adapt, and uphold our company's standards
