We are seeking an experienced Succession Lawyer to join our respected firm. If you have at least two years' post-admission experience (PAE) and a strong understanding of succession law, we invite you to apply. Estate litigation experience will be highly regarded.

About the Role

Provide legal advice on Wills, Powers of Attorney Advanced Health Directives, and estate planning.

Draft and review Wills (including Testamentary Trust Wills), and related documents.

Guide executors, administrators, and beneficiaries in estate administration.

Handle applications for probate and letters of administration, including complex and disputed matters.

Manage estate litigation, including family provision claims and contested estates.

Collaborate with clients and other professionals for practical solutions.

Stay up-to-date on legal developments and mentor junior lawyers.

About You

Admitted as a legal practitioner in Australia with a current practising certificate.

Minimum two years' PAE in succession law.

Strong drafting and communication skills.

Proficiency in legal practice management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Attention to detail, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple matters.

Litigation experience in estate disputes is highly valued.

Team player with integrity and empathy for clients.
