The Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Solicitor with a Generalist or Commercial Property background. With 5+ years PAE in private practice, you'll work closely with long-standing clients across a broad range of high-quality, complex matters, including:

Corporate and Commercial

Real Estate and Development

Commercial and Retail Leasing

Building and Construction

Commercial Litigation and Insolvency/Reconstruction

Wills and Estates

Elder Law

About You
The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years PAE with solid experience in generalist OR commercial property AND private practice

Experience with sales and acquisitions, leasing transactions, and general property matters

Excellent file management, organisation, and client service skills

A collaborative mindset and strong communication skills

• Ability to mentor junior lawyers in the team
