About the role

Think Fitness is seeking a passionate and driven Gym Manager to lead our dynamic team and oversee the daily operations of our fitness facility. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines operational excellence with a strong focus on member experience, staff development, and community engagement.

To be successful in this role:

Leadership skills to motivate staff and maintain a positive team culture.

Social media experience to engage the community and promote the brand.

Customer service excellence to ensure member satisfaction and retention.

Strong communication for interacting with clients, staff, and suppliers.

Knowledge of fitness and health trends to keep the gym offerings relevant.

Business acumen for budgeting, sales, and membership growth.

Problem-solving ability to address member concerns and operational issues.

Experience with gym management software and systems.

Compliance awareness with health and safety regulations.

Marketing and promotional skills to attract new members and grow the brand.

Previous management experience is required.
