This is a full-time role for an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead the Birkenstock Brisbane Boutique. We’re looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and bring our brand to life in-store every day.

What you'll be doing

Driving sales and profitability through product knowledge, positive staff culture, and attentive customer engagement.

Providing strong leadership and coaching to develop a high-performing retail team.

Ensuring the store adheres to company policies, procedures, and brand standards.

Analysing sales data and store performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Liaising with head office on operational matters and implementing new initiatives.

Creating a positive in-store environment that encourages customer loyalty.

Managing day-to-day store operations, including cash handling, merchandising, and loss prevention.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the footwear or retail environment.

Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in using retail management software and data analysis tools.

Tuesday to Saturday Roster.
