The Role

We're seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead a high-performing all-day dining venue known for its warm service and loyal local following. This isn't a clipboard role - we want someone who treats the business like their own, leads from the floor and builds genuine connections with guests and staff. You'll report directly to the owner on financial performance, oversee ordering and front-of-house rostering, and drive consistency across service. With your leadership, you'll motivate the team to deliver memorable experiences while building a strong, positive culture.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate will bring the following:

• Relevant qualifications in Hospitality / RMLV / RSA
• Proven experience running modern Cafe's & Restaurants
• Strong product knowledge, great attitude, communication & business acumen
• Proficiency with POS, rostering, and reservation systems
• Dynamic, energetic, and hands-on leadership style
