We're looking for an enthusiastic and energetic Marketing Assistant with a passion for development and growth, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multi-task environment in a specialised property and marketing sector. This person will have a key role in supporting team members and clients in the achievement of their marketing and sales objectives. Responsibilities:
- As Marketing Assistant, you will coordinate promotional campaigns, events, social media and digital marketing activities.

- Assist the team in development of promotional timelines and liaising with media.

- Utilise the client database to nurture prospective customers through eDMs and similar.

- Training will be provided for database management systems.

- Support with - Facebook, Insta, Google, eDMs, databases, campaign reporting.

- Provision of general marketing support, including performance reports and budget monitoring.

- Assist with event planning/coordination.

- Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.

- Various ad-hoc tasks as the role requires.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Marketing qualification or equivalent preferred.

- Relevant marketing experience acceptable in lieu of formal qualifications.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Some knowledge of social media platforms and graphic design experience of interest.
