A full-time position to support business growth, for immediate start.

The key requirements will include the ability to

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with PK (Pancake Kitchen)

company objectives

• Execute marketing strategies to enhance visibility and drive customers to our restaurants

• Manage the company's market presence, including marketing campaigns for clients as well as

current and potential franchisees

• Conduct thorough market research to identify market opportunities, consumer preferences and

competitor activities

• Plan and coordinate promotional events, representing the company to foster networking

opportunities and strengthen brand recognition

• Creating and publishing marketing content in the media and various platforms

• Track and analyse performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and identifying

areas for improvement and optimisation

• Communicate closely with the Sales and Operations to align marketing efforts with business

objectives

• Assist in managing marketing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation and utilisation of resources.

Successful candidate will have at least 5 years of verifiable relevant experience, adaptability, quick

learning and problem-solving skills.
