Events & Marketing Assistant (Part-time)
Adelaide, SA | 2–3 days per week | Flexible hours with travel opportunities
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Events & Marketing Assistant to join our team at Uniquely Creative. This part-time role is perfect for someone who loves variety, from supporting events and trade shows, to creating engaging social content, to building relationships with our wholesale customers.
What you’ll do
Assist with planning and coordination for events including Craft Utopia (virtual & USA), Creativeworld (Frankfurt), quarterly retailer events, and local store visits & classes
Prepare displays, catalogues, order forms and packs, and provide on-site event support (setup, sales, and representing our brand)
Support key sales periods like Black Friday, Boxing Day, and seasonal promotions
Build relationships with independent retailers, take orders at events, and assist with wholesale launches
Help create and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook (reels, stories, carousels)
Assist with product photography, short video creation, captions, newsletters and campaign ideas
Provide general support to the warehouse/wholesale team between events
What we’re looking for
Confident communicator with strong sales skills and the ability to engage warmly with retailers
Organised and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
Experience with Canva, CapCut/Filmora, or similar tools (Shopify and Klaviyo experience a bonus)
Social media savvy, with an eye for creating fun, engaging content
Flexible to travel for events (interstate and occasionally overseas) and work extra hours during busy periods (must hold a current passport)
Previous experience in events, sales, or marketing highly desirable
