The Role

As Marketing Coordinator at the Big Easy Group, you’ll play a key role in driving the growth of both our own portfolio and our clients’ venues and brands. Working with 8 brands — NOLA Adelaide, Anchovy Bandit, Bottega Bandito, Bandit Pizza & Wine, The Stag Public House, Tarantino’s, La Louisiane, and Bowden Brewing — we’re one of South Australia’s most dynamic hospitality groups.

Working closely with the marketing and venue teams, you’ll support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, manage content across channels, and help deliver on the group’s ambitious growth goals.

This role is ideal for someone with creative flair, strong organisational skills, and a passion for food, beverage, and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and plans.

Coordinate and schedule social media content across allocated brands.

Work with the team to create and deliver compelling omnichannel content that aligns with our brand positioning.

Manage owned media channels and support campaign rollouts.

Collaborate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets.

Monitor analytics, support reporting, and help track campaign performance.

Build strong in-venue relationships to ensure marketing reflects the on-the-ground guest experience.

To Be Successful, You’ll Have

Previous experience in a similar marketing role.

A collaborative and proactive approach to work.

Strong organisational and project management skills.

Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools.

A positive attitude and passion for creating immersive brand experiences.

(Bonus) Graphic design, photography, or videography skills.
