Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse High Reach Forklift Driver that has a strong work ethic, has the ability to work individually but love being part of a team.

You enjoy good team camaraderie and have a can-do attitude. Reporting to the Warehouse Team Leader, you work well as an individual and collaboratively in a high-performing team in a culture that encourages you to push yourself for greater.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in a broad range of warehousing tasks as directed by the Warehouse Team Leader.

· Operate within various warehouse sections such as receivables, dispatch, and cold storage, ensuring operational efficiency.

· Conduct pre-use checks on forklift equipment daily to guarantee safety and functionality.

· Execute safe loading and unloading of goods utilizing both forklift and manual handling techniques.

· Accurately document goods movements, identifying any discrepancies or damages to maintain inventory integrity.

· Efficiently wrap pallets and organize warehouse stock to optimize space and accessibility.

· Accurately pick and pack cartons and pallet orders within cold storage environments.

· Replenish ingredients and stock as necessary to support production.

· Conduct regular cycle counts of stock and ingredients to ensure inventory accuracy.

· Move and manage palletized stock throughout the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations.

· Stack crates and products within cold storage areas following safety guidelines.

About You:

· You possess full working rights in Australia.

· You hold a current Australian Forklift License.

· You are flexible to work early mornings and weekends.

· You bring strong experience in High Reach Forklift operation, preferably in a cold environment.

· Experience working in a QA/HACCP environment is preferred.

· You have a sound understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

· You are well-versed in WHS policies and procedures.

· You are capable of lifting up to 20kg repeatedly.

· You can perform accurate counts in a fast-paced work environment.

· You are recognized for your reliability, punctuality, and efficiency.
