About the role
Outdoor Elegance, a leading supplier of premium outdoor furniture, is seeking a skilled and organised store person / delivery driver. In this full-time role based in Seven Hills, NSW, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient movement and storage of our products, contributing to the overall success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Deliver and install furniture in customers' homes with care and attention.

Ensuring an accurate order fulfilment process direct to our customers and retail store.

Assist with basic assembly or placement of furniture at delivery sites if required.

Liaise with customers to optimise logistics processes and address any delivery issues.

Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, acting as a brand ambassador.

Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and proactively identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency.

Assist with the planning and implementation of logistics strategies and warehousing to support business growth.

Load and unload furniture with care, ensuring all items are handled safely

General warehouse duties, receive, check, load and unload stock

Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations in all logistics activities

What we're looking for

A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and great teamwork skills.

Demonstrated experience in a logistics or supply chain role, transport, or warehousing operations

Minimum 2-3 years of logistics or warehousing experience required.

MR truck licence preferred (but not essential).

Valid truck licence required for delivery responsibilities.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders

Knowledge of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements to ensure OHS compliance.

A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement

Australian work rights required for this position.

Forklift licence preferred but not essential for this role.
