The Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Storeperson / Forklift Driver with well-developed high reach and countebalance skills and a passion for precision and safety, to join their team located in the Penrith area of Western Sydney.

You will carry out the efficient and accurate handling of goods within the warehouse, ensuring that products are correctly identified, labelled, stored and distributed, while maintaining compliance with quality management, health and safety, and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Receive, inspect, and label incoming goods with accuracy

· Safe operation of high reach and counterbalance forklifts

· Participate with inventory control by assisting with cycle counts and stock takes

· Accurate usage of computerised Warehouse Management Systems

· Support the Production Department with timely material supply and dispatch

· Thoroughly inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damages and discrepancies

· Following safety, environmental policies and quality standards

· Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment

· Assist with other tasks from time to time

· Ability to work and communicate effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues.

What We’re Looking For:

· Valid Forklift Licence with well-developed high reach experience

· Proficiency in MS Office and Warehouse Management / Inventory systems

· Strong accuracy and attention to detail

· Awareness of and adherence to safety policies and procedures

· Ability to undertake manual handling tasks

· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
