Barista & Deli Team Member - Hawthorne Garage

At Hawthorne Garage, we're not just pouring flat whites, we're fuelling a community. Our DNA Espresso Bar and deli is Brisbane's favourite neighbourhood hub, and we're looking for a committed Barista & Deli Team Member to join us long-term, grow their skills, and bring energy to the team.

This is a permanent part-time position (25–35 hours) with real growth opportunities. If you're someone who thrives on connection, takes pride in your work, and loves the café buzz, this is your chance to turn a job into a role you own.

What You'll Be Doing

Crafting great coffee: consistently, with care and pride (training provided if you're still building confidence).

Owning the floor: keeping the café and deli sharp, stocked, and moving smoothly.

Creating connection: greeting every customer warmly, making them feel like a regular.

Thriving in the rush: bringing energy, speed, and focus to weekend and peak shifts.

Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and peak service periods is essential.

Backing your team: working efficiently, supporting others, and building that "all in" culture.
