Platinum Spinal Centre is on the lookout for a warm, switched-on Chiropractic Assistant to join our dynamic team! Whether you’ve worked in health care, customer service, sales, retail or admin, we want someone who loves people, pays attention to detail, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

From the moment a patient walks through our doors, you’ll be the friendly face that makes them feel welcome, understood, and cared for. Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting patients and managing the check-in and check-out process

Answering phones, booking appointments, and keeping our schedule humming

Managing payments (EFTPOS, HICAPS, etc.) and keeping accurate daily records

Supporting patient follow-up systems and retention processes

Keeping our practice clean, stocked, and ready to go

Supporting our chiropractors in delivering an exceptional care experience

Contributing to internal marketing, community events, and our positive team culture

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re after someone who is:

A natural communicator who genuinely enjoys helping people

Confident, caring, and calm under pressure

Highly organised and great with technology

Comfortable working across reception, admin, and hands-on clinic support

Excited to grow personally and professionally in a wellness-based environment

The Details

Permanent part time role of 33 hours per week

$30-$35 per hour (dependent on experience)

Opportunity to progress to Team Leader

Availability Monday/Tues/Weds/Thurs from 7am to 7:30pm and future Friday mornings. You will be doing split shifts across these times.

Complete in housetraining (weekly training) and 3 month onboarding plan
