Your mission is to provide outstanding customer service while maximising new membership sales.

This role is suitable for candidates at all experience levels, whether you are new to the sales / fitness world OR of you are an experienced consultant, this role could be a fit for you.

THE ROLE

• Be the Expert: Master the club’s layout, services, and regulations to offer informed and accurate information to prospective members.
  
  
• Hit the Targets: Support the Sales Manager in achieving monthly sales goals and book new members into our activities.
  
  
• Drive the Process: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to onboarding new members, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
  
  
• Stay Organised: Keep Membership/Prospects Database updated and manage all paperwork efficiently.
  
  
• Stay Competitive: Understand competitors to better promote the club's advantages.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion for achieving goals and understanding the sales cycle.
• Experience or interest in the Health & Fitness industry is a plus.
• Must be available to work some weekends and evenings
• Proven success in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets is a bonus.
