The Role

This is an outbound sales role, it’s not admin, and it’s not about waiting for leads to come to you.

You’ll be:

Developing high quality solutions for our clients in the window furnishing & security screen space

Reaching out to leads (both warm and cold)

Booking and performing in-home & showroom consultations

Following up consistently via phone and email

Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs

Tracking your activity in our CRM

You’ll be trained on our products and process, but your personality and persistence will do most of the work.

What You Bring

You’re confident and proactive, comfortable picking up the phone

You love working toward clear goals and smashing them

You’re a great communicator, direct, honest, and likeable

You take initiative and don’t need micromanaging

You bounce back after rejection, and probably enjoy proving people wrong (in a nice way, of course)

Outbound sales experience is essential
Must hold a full Australian driver’s licence with clean driving record
Bonus $$$ for proven results hitting KPIs or sales targets

Must be able to obtain a NSW Security License

Travel required for in-home appointments (Belmont NSW)
