We’re partnering with a well-established automotive business in the automotive industry that’s looking to expand its team with motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultants. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment and enjoys building strong customer relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

Engaging with walk-in customers at the branch and guiding them through the sales process.

Conducting test drives and clearly explaining product features, benefits and value.

Achieving and exceeding sales targets through consultative and relationship-driven selling.

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and following up on enquiries.

Working collaboratively with the team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What’s On Offer

Base Salary: $70,000 Base + Comms + Super

Commission: Uncapped earning potential based on sales performance.

Schedule: 5 days per week (with rotating Saturdays).

Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with extended hours on certain days.

Ongoing support, training, and the chance to grow with a dynamic team.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience in sales, retail or customer-facing roles.
• A valid driver’s licence (essential for conducting test drives).
