As the Outdoor Education Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of unforgettable camp experiences, ensuring they are safe, engaging, and tailored to achieve each school’s learning outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate all aspects of program delivery from planning to post-camp review.

Supervise and support a team of Senior Instructors and Outdoor Educators.

Design programs in consultation with schools to meet specific objectives.

Manage rosters, staffing, and equipment maintenance.

Oversee budgets and ensure programs are cost-effective.

Maintain safety standards, SOPs, and compliance requirements.

Build strong relationships with schools, partners, and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For

Experience leading outdoor education programs and teams.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Knowledge of risk management and safety compliance in outdoor settings.

A ‘can-do’ attitude with the flexibility to adapt to changing needs.

Qualifications & Requirements

Cert IV or higher in Outdoor Recreation/Education (or equivalent).

Current First Aid and CPR (Remote Area First Aid desirable).

Current Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).

Manual driver’s licence.
