About the Role

As a Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the operational success and development of our clinic. Reporting to the Group Practice Manager, you’ll lead a team of healthcare professionals and administrative staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving quality improvement and business growth.

This is a full-time position based in our CBD clinic.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support clinic staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care

Oversee daily operations and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Ensure compliance with safety standards, Accreditation requirements, and regulatory guidelines

Provide exceptional customer service to both patients and internal teams

Manage rosters across administrative, nursing, and medical teams

Lead recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing staff performance management

Maintain and uphold clinic policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Operations Manager, Directors and Group Management

Oversee financial operations such as budgeting, invoice processing, reconciliations, and reporting

Act as the first point of contact for all clinic-related matters

About You
