Senior Business Analyst

Contract until 18/12/2026

Hybrid -3x days in office then work from home

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of major digital transformation initiatives. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, you'll be part of a dynamic delivery team driving business improvement and innovation.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in complex, data-centric environments, brings a structured approach to problem solving, and enjoys engaging diverse stakeholders to deliver impactful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead investigations, analysis, and documentation of business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders on project strategy, feasibility, and specifications.

Apply modelling and analysis tools to clarify objectives and resolve issues.

Support development of test strategies, plans, and cases.

Raise risks/issues and support mitigation actions.

Partner with Change Managers on stakeholder engagement and readiness.

Build strong working relationships and communicate technical concepts clearly.

About You

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, BCS Practitioner, etc.).

Extensive experience across multiple business analysis initiatives.

Skilled in business process mapping (BPMN 2.0).

Knowledge of Agile, PRINCE2, or PMBOK methodologies.

Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Able to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments.

Higher Education or shared services experience is highly desirable.
