About the role

This role will act as a key commercial business partner, supporting strategic decision-making through high-impact reporting, forecasting, and analytical support. It's ideally suited to a commercially astute finance professional who thrives on solving complex business problems and driving insight-led outcomes in a fast-moving environment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and planning across different business areas
• Provide insights and scenario analysis to support key commercial decisions
• Assist with major projects such as investments, strategic planning, and business growth
• Build and maintain financial models and support the development of business cases
• Play a role in M&A activity and help integrate newly acquired businesses
• Manage regular performance reporting using tools like PowerBI and TM1
• Work closely with senior leaders and help non-finance teams understand financial information
• Contribute to team development by mentoring colleagues and improving finance processes

About you:

You're either a passionate Commercial Analyst / Senior Commercial Analyst who is immediately available or on a short notice period and is looking to progress their career, where your insights directly shape business performance.

You will also bring:

• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and full P&L ownership
• Advanced Excel skills with proficiency in PowerBI, TM1 or similar reporting tools
• Ability to turn complex data into clear insights and communicate across all levels of the business
• CA or CPA qualified (or near completion) with strong stakeholder and business partnering skills
