What You’ll Be Doing

Manage contracts, vendor reports, and the all-important admin flow.

Take listings live and keep our digital presence sharp.

Prepare Form 6s and contracts like a pro.

Keep the wheels turning with smooth day-to-day operations.

Managing database entries and CRM updates

Liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and agents throughout the sales process

General administrative and ad-hoc support across the sales process

Who You Are

An admin pro with at least 12 months of experience - real estate experience preferred.

Calm under pressure and laser-focused on detail (even with phones ringing).

Tech-savvy with systems like Vault & NutrureCloud (or quick to learn).

Friendly, confident, and always ready to help out the team.

A superstar at managing competing priorities—and still smiling.
