As the Sales Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the sales team, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. Your Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing documents and managing listings
• Draft, process, and finalise contracts and listing agreements
• Respond to client enquiries with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate databases, campaign details, and client communication records

What We’re Looking For

• Current QLD Registration Certificate
• Previous experience in real estate administration
• Excellent organisational skills and a strong eye for detail
• Ability to prioritise tasks and handle a busy workload
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to grow and learn
