Key Responsibilities

Master the Bottling Line:

- Set Up & Operate with Precision: Configure and run bottling equipment, ensuring production from start to finish.

- Handle the Details: Load bottles, corks, caps, and labels with care, ensuring every element is perfectly positioned for our signature look.

- Uphold Unrivaled Quality: Inspect bottles for fill levels, closures, and label accuracy, ensuring every product reflects our commitment to perfection.

- Pack with Purpose: Efficiently pack and palletize finished goods, preparing them for distribution to global markets.

- Keep It Pristine: Maintain a spotless, sanitary bottling area, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to safeguard our craft.

Production Lead Assistant:

- Support seamless production and distillation processes with precision and care.

- Prepare accurate production charges and schedules to ensure efficient operations.

- Operate specialized proprietary equipment essential to the production process.

Leverage Your Technical Expertise:

- Perform equipment setups and changeovers

- Adjust and calibrate tooling and machine settings to ensure consistent, high-quality output.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production line issues swiftly to keep operations running smoothly.

- Assist with preventative maintenance and basic servicing, ensuring our equipment remains in top condition.

What You Bring

- Proven Experience: 3+ years in bottling, packaging, or FMCG production, ideally in a winery, distillery, or spirits environment

- Technical Mastery: Vocational training in mechanical/process operations or fitter & turner trade qualifications (preferred), giving you the skills to tackle complex machinery.

- Strong expertise in machine setup, calibration, troubleshooting, and maintenance, ensuring our production line hums with efficiency.

- A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring every bottle meets our exacting standards.

- Fit and capable of lifting up to 8kg, standing for extended periods, and thriving in a physically demanding role.

- Reliable, punctual, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills to work seamlessly with your crew.

- Ready to step up for overtime during peak bottling seasons, ensuring we meet demand without compromising quality.

- Bonus Skills: A forklift license and knowledge of GMP/safety principles are highly desirable
