Full-time Factory Trade Assistant

As a Trade Assistant, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our workshop. In this role, you'll support qualified cabinet makers with workshop production and CNC/ Edge bander. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience and develop your skills in the Cabinet Making industry.

Key responsibilities include:

Assisting with cutting, assembling, and finishing cabinetry

Operating basic hand and power tools

Loading and unloading materials

Operations CNC machinery

Maintaining a clean and safe workspace

Supporting tradespeople with various workshop tasks

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a workshop, construction, or trade assistant role

Good work ethic and a willingness to learn

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

White Card (Construction Induction) – or willing to obtain

Current driver’s licence

Forklift licence (advantage)
