Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers in-store

Assist with sales, product selection, and checkout

Maintain store presentation, stock, and displays

Pack, manage and maintain online orders.

Work hands-on with the latest fishing tackle and gear

Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment

About You

Passionate about fishing, camping, or the outdoors

Great communication and people skills

Reliable, motivated, and a team player

Retail or customer service experience preferred (but not essential)
