About You

• Sales, customer service or trade background (any of these will help).
• Hard-working, reliable, and keen to learn.
• Interested in tools and power tools.
• Comfortable with basic computer use.
• Motivated to reach sales targets and work well in a team.

What You’ll Do

• Serve customers in-store and over the phone.
• Help customers find the right tools for their needs.
• Share promotions and special offers.
• Solve problems and handle queries quickly and professionally.
• Keep displays neat, tidy, and engaging.
• Take part in regular training to improve your product knowledge.

Roster

• 11-day fortnight roster.
• Includes one weekend day per week.
