Greg Natale, an award-winning design brand celebrated for its luxury homewares and interiors, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our Sydney flagship store. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work with premium decorative pieces, assisting both retail and trade clients while contributing to an exceptional in-store experience that reflects our brand’s commitment to style, service, and quality.

As part of a dynamic team, you’ll collaborate across the store, warehouse, and studio environments to deliver outstanding results and provide a seamless customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and product knowledge to retail and trade clients

Proactively engage with customers, identify their needs, and maximise sales opportunities while building and maintaining long-term relationships

Support stock management, including receiving, unpacking, organising, and merchandising to optimise sales potential

Maintain impeccable store presentation and housekeeping to uphold the luxury brand experience

Contribute actively to achieving store sales targets and overall team success

About You

Previous retail experience preferred, ideally within premium or design-focused brands

Well-presented with a keen eye for detail and design

A confident, friendly, and enthusiastic communicator, comfortable engaging with diverse customers

Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance customer service and administrative duties

Motivated to achieve sales goals and contribute to a collaborative team environment
