At Home Assist SA, we’re a growing NDIS and Aged Care provider supporting people to live safely, independently, and connected to their community. Our services include assistance with daily living, personal care, community access, domestic assistance, and home/ yard maintenance.

We’re looking for Support Workers in Adelaide’s Southern suburbs to join our friendly team with an immediate start.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will:

Transport and support clients with community, social, and recreational activities

Basic domestic assistance around the home

Provide daily living support and medication prompts

Promote independence, choice, and wellbeing

About You

Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused

Able to work independently and adapt to different tasks

Physically fit and motivated

Passionate about supporting people to live their best lives

Comfortable working with kids

Requirements

Preferred - Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent (or lived experience considered)

NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Clearance

Current First Aid & CPR

National Police Check

Valid driver’s licence and reliable insured vehicle
