NDIS Support Workers, Care Workers, Gardeners & Cleaners – Casual (Immediate Start)

Hourly Rate: $36 – $40 per hour

About Us

SA Disability Care is a trusted provider of NDIS and Aged Care services. We support clients to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own homes. Our services include personal care, community support, domestic assistance, gardening, and home maintenance.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking Support Workers, Care Workers, Gardeners, and Cleaners to join our team immediately.

About the Roles

Support Worker / Personal Care Worker

Assistance with self-care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)

Daily living support and medication reminders

Social, recreational, and community activities

Promoting independence and choice

Gardener / Home Maintenance Worker

Lawn mowing, edging, pruning, and weeding

Planting, mulching, and general garden upkeep

Pathway and outdoor hazard clearing

Safe use of gardening tools and equipment

Cleaner / Domestic Assistance

General house cleaning and tidying

Kitchen and bathroom cleaning

Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting

Laundry and household upkeep

About You

Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused

Able to work independently and adapt to different tasks

Physically fit

Enthusiastic about supporting people to live their best lives

Requirements

Support Worker / Cleaner Roles:

Certificate III/IV in Disability, Individual Support, or equivalent

NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Clearance

Current First Aid, CPR, and Manual Handling certificates

Valid driver’s licence, reliable vehicle with insurance

Fully COVID-19 vaccinated

Previous cleaning experience (preferred for Cleaner roles)

Gardener Role:

Previous gardening or maintenance experience

Gardening equipment (preferred)

NDIS Worker Check & Working with Children Clearance

Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

National Police Check
