Join Our Team as an ICT Support Technician

From troubleshooting and maintaining networks to empowering users with practical solutions, you’ll be at the heart of our tech operations.
🔧 What You'll Be Doing
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues—both onsite and remotely.
Install, configure, and update operating systems, applications, and peripherals.
Monitor and maintain core network infrastructure including LAN/WAN, routers, and firewalls.
Manage user access and permissions via Active Directory and Office 365.
Document technical procedures and produce clear, user-friendly guides.
Enforce IT security protocols including antivirus, patching, and encryption.
Support and collaborate on IT projects like system upgrades and cloud migrations.
Deliver training and guidance to staff on tools and best practices.
✅ What We’re Looking For
A degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience.
Demonstrated experience in technical support or system administration roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, hardware troubleshooting, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS).
Experience with Active Directory, Office 365, and remote support tools.
Excellent communication skills and a user-focused, problem-solving attitude.
Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
⭐ Bonus Points For
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, ITIL, or Cisco CCNA.
Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash) or experience with MSP tools.
Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services (AWS, Azure).
