Tourism Media is seeking a skilled and curious Application Support Specialist to join our team in a newly created role supporting Enigma — our proprietary content-at-scale production platform.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, understanding how systems work, and partnering with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive efficiency and quality. You won’t be required to code, but you’ll need a strong understanding of application logic and data, along with significant SQL skills and a collaborative mindset.
This job is not suitable if you’re not Brisbane-based, want to work 100% remotely or don’t have full work rights for Australia.
Key responsibilities:
Act as the internal Subject Matter Expert for Enigma and other related applications
Authoring / Troubleshooting / optimising graph and SQL data queries
Provide application support across teams, resolving issues and identifying improvements
Analyse and validate data using SQL
Document processes and create helpful user documentation
Collaborate with development teams, content producers, product owners, and stakeholders
Support testing and rollouts of new features and platform updates
Champion best practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
