Are you an experienced HR truck driver or revegetation operator ready to take your skills to the next level? B & K Group Australia is expanding, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to help deliver some of Australia’s largest and most impactful revegetation projects across Southeast and Regional Queensland.

The Role

As a Revegetation Applicator, you’ll operate state-of-the-art machinery and heavy vehicles to deliver revegetation works across Southeast and Regional Queensland. You’ll be part of a high-performing crew that’s building green infrastructure for future generations while working out of our Sumner Yard.

What you’ll be doing:

Operating HR trucks and specialised revegetation equipment

Loading and Hauling equipment and product to various locations

Maintaining physical health through material manual handling and application procedures including hose work

Supporting site preparation, hydroseeding, and erosion control to name a few

Collaborating with site teams to meet project milestones

Using a range of systems and programs to capture work diaries, safety data and plant and equipment documentation

Maintaining safety and environmental compliance

What You Bring

We’re looking for reliable, skilled operators who take pride in their work and thrive in a team environment.

You’ll need:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR truck driving and/or revegetation machinery

Valid Construction White Card

Strong work ethic and a passion for restoring landscapes

Willingness to travel across project sites in Regional QLD and Intrastate FIFO

Physical fitness, self-motivation and ability to function in a team environment

Sound communication skills

Attention to detail, a keen eye for quality control

Proficient tech skills

Positive attitude with eagerness to excel
