The Position:

While our developer team excels in building software, we need a Client Support & Process Specialist to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge products and our clients. Fear not, as you'll receive comprehensive training from our tech experts before venturing into the field.

Your role will involve:

Addressing and resolving software queries with a high level of professionalism.

Collaborating with clients to facilitate seamless implementation of our software solutions.

Crafting written correspondence, including updating and maintaining IT support articles and documentation.

Monitoring user accounts to ensure they maximize the benefits of our INTELICS software.

Participating in Tier 1 customer support functions and conferences.

Providing administrative support to our leadership team.

Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Who are we looking for:

You are a tech-savvy individual with a positive and energetic attitude who has developed efficient rhythms and routines for your workday. Relevant tertiary qualifications are desired, but it will be your demonstrated experience that will set you apart. We highly value experience or familiarity with the Queensland mining industry. Whether you're a seasoned professional from a Queensland mine or someone with hands-on experience in this sector, your insight and expertise will be invaluable. Additionally, your broad understanding of enterprise software implementation and customer training will further enhance your suitability for this role.

Your energetic nature succeeds in a team environment, where you do whatever it takes to get the job done, and no job is too little or too great to do. As a true professional in your field, you have high attention to detail and maintain a high standard of accuracy and precision. You have strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and excellent time management and organisation skills. Experience in customer support or technical assistance roles will be highly regarded. Whilst we are offering remote work arrangements - you will be required to work in our Mackay office as well.
