We’re on the lookout for a driven and passionate SEO Specialist to join the team at JRNY Digital 🚀

Here's a look at the role:

Implementing SEO strategies that are aligned with client goals and focused on long-term organic growth

Conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and identifying content opportunities

Running technical audits and optimising websites for crawlability, indexability, and user experience

Supporting the development and optimisation of SEO-driven content across multiple industries

Reviewing performance metrics and identifying opportunities to improve results

Communicating with internal teammates and (sometimes) clients to keep everyone aligned and moving forward

Collaborating with our broader team (Paid Ads, Content, CRO) to drive client success across the board

Staying up-to-date with the latest Google updates, industry trends and tools so you can bring innovative ideas to the table

A strong preference will be given to those that have:

2+ years experience in an SEO role (agency preferred)

A deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices

Confidence using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Experience analysing data and making informed, strategic recommendations

A growth mindset and hunger to continually learn and improve

Solid communication skills — we don’t expect perfection, but you should be confident in your ideas

Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines without needing to be micromanaged
