As a Mortgage Broker, you’ll enjoy a dynamic and supportive environment where no two days are the same. You’ll manage both new and existing customers, providing an outstanding experience throughout their entire home loan life cycle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional customer experience across all stages of the home loan cycle
• Ability to convert warm leads into successful loan applications and meet settlement targets
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance within industry standards
• Stay up to date with lender policies, products and accreditation requirements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral partners and internal stakeholders to drive repeat and referral business
• Proactively contribute to continuous professional development through ongoing training and development

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in home lending or mortgage broking in a sales-based environment
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, and either MFAA or FBAA current accreditation
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and able to communicate in a clear and concise manner
• Proven track record in achieving sales results and strong business development skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach
• Efficient time management and ability to work autonomously
