What You’ll Be Doing:

Build genuine, long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Recommend strategic lending solutions tailored to client needs

Prepare and present finance proposals and structure deals effectively

Liaise with clients, lenders and referral partners throughout the process

Stay on top of compliance, market updates and lending policies

Be part of a high-performance team with shared goals and values

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in mortgage broking or banking (loan writing preferred)

Minimum Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred)

Solid understanding of lender policy, compliance and loan structuring

High attention to detail, strong tech skills

A genuine, ethical and team-oriented approach to client service
