MakesCents.com.au is a FinTech start up that is three years old, backed by a 10 year old award-winning digital marketing firm with the capital, resources and drive to build a significant broking business.

For the past 5 years our parent company has been one of the largest generators of refi and new-loan leads for banks and large mortgage broking firms.
We now have our own ACL, partnered with Finsure and are servicing our own leads internally through our own brokerage: MakesCents.com.au Home Loans.

Thats where YOU come in…

We need someone who is motivated to write new business. There is no cold calling, we provide you booked appointments that are qualified with a full fact-find. You will be dealing with a wide variety of people looking for your assistance in structuring their home loan, Investment loan or refinance.

We will supply the appointments and build a team around you to ensure you reach your commission goals.

You will be rewarded you with a high base salary, up-front commissions and ongoing trail commissions.

We have a modern office in Doncaster (Melbourne), flexible work conditions and hours combined with the best team you could imagine that will support you in your career progression.

If you're motivated to write home loans, your OTE income will be in excess of $180,000 per annum. Thats a conservative estimation. We can show you the numbers transparently, in your interview, based off current REAL numbers our existing brokers are doing. No BS hype or fake promises.

Have worked with Finsure/Infynity systems and processing before (or similar aggregator CRM - Not a prerequisite)

A results driven mindset

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Driven sales skills

Be impeccably presented

A current drivers license

A Certificate IV and/or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking

Current membership with the FBAA or MFAA

Min 2 years’ experience as a qualified Mortgage Broker and/or lender

Be willing to complete a criminal record check and working with children check.

Previous experience

The ability to work within a team.

Work independently and remotely

The ability to follow company procedures.

A proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets

The ability to close leads
