The Opportunity
We’re searching for a visionary Head Chef, a leader ready to create, inspire, and elevate Levantine Hill’s food program into one of Australia’s most talked-about dining experiences.
This is more than a job. It’s a rare chance to define the culinary identity of a landmark estate, shaping everything from intimate restaurant moments to grand events and luxury hotel dining. Your food will not just be served – it will be celebrated.
With a salary range of $120k–$130k including super, this role recognises both the creative artistry and leadership required to take our estate to the next level.
What You’ll Do
Lead and shape the entire culinary program: fine dining restaurant, premium events, and hotel breakfast
Collaborate closely with ownership and leadership to deliver truly seamless guest experiences
Design, refine, and evolve seasonal menus that honour Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours with a modern Australian edge
Mentor, inspire, and develop a kitchen team that executes at the highest level
Partner with premium producers, suppliers, and wine experts to create a product that matches the quality of our estate
Uphold excellence in every detail – from presentation to precision – ensuring Levantine Hill becomes a culinary destination of choice
What We’re Looking For
Proven leadership as a Head Chef in fine dining, luxury hotel, or premium estate settings
A distinctive culinary voice and passion for Mediterranean and Middle Eastern flavours
The ability to lead with vision – mentoring, inspiring, and building a team that shares your drive for excellence
Experience in balancing creativity with commercial acumen (menu planning, costing, and operations)
Energy and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing luxury environment
