Who We Are:

Trinity Beach Sports Club provides a fantastic entertainment venue for the northern beaches community. Our facilities include: “The 5th Quarter” restaurant, a fantastic children’s area, a huge outdoor area overlooking the football field and a comfortable gaming machine room.

Our club is located north of the Cairns CBD and our preference is candidates who live locally or have their own transport.

We have a renovated kitchen area making it a more up-to-date working environment and are looking to add a casual Chef to our team working approximately 30+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

Prepare, cook and serve food in accordance with menus ensuring a high level of quality and presentation is achieved at all times according to agreed standards

Provide input for menu updates and specials

Assists in monitoring & controlling stock levels

Assist Head Chef in maintaining all procedures and practices

Foster sound relationships with front-of-house staff and kitchen staff

What you will need

Strong food knowledge

Excellent cooking skills and overall technical expertise

Reliable with a bright and positive attitude

Be a part of a modern kitchen team

To be available nights, weekends and public holidays
