The Project Advisory (TPA) is a vertically integrated property group specialising in buying, renovating, styling, and selling homes across Melbourne’s inner suburbs.
Since 2023, we’ve flipped over 50+ properties, built a team of 9+ in-house staff, and established a clear multi-division brand:
* TPA Built – Construction & development
* TPA Styling – Pre-sale property styling
* Weatherboard Wizards – Re-cladding specialists
* TPA Advisory – Real estate consulting & sourcing
We’re a fast-moving, design-forward team looking for a Marketing Manager to elevate both the business and the personal brand of Jesse Morano, our founder.

About the Role
This is a broad, creative, and strategic role. You’ll be responsible for everything marketing: from Instagram reels and project photos, to building systems that support real estate campaigns and video content.
You’ll be based in our Coburg North office, but the role requires regular site visits to active projects across Melbourne. We want someone who’s comfortable on-site, but also confident editing, writing, and creating structure behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media & Brand Content
* Manage and grow the @theprojectadvisory Instagram
* Create and schedule engaging posts (reels, carousels, stories)
* Rotate content across Build / Style / Advisory / Weatherboards
* Organise and label content into highlights and asset libraries
* Monitor engagement and build following

2. Project & Real Estate Marketing
* Photograph all completed projects (before/after, styling, exteriors)
* Build a repeatable project launch system: images, templates, captions
* Write high-converting real estate copy for listings
* Coordinate with agents on property campaigns
* Maintain a real-time tracker of what’s for sale, what’s upcoming, and what’s been sold

3. Marketing Systems & Templates
* Build & manage branded templates for:
“Now Selling” posts
Agent packs
Property brochures
Social media story tiles
* Set up systems in Google Drive or Dropbox to house all content
* Track photo libraries, testimonials, and project archives

4. Personal Brand – Jesse Morano
Bringing the voice and vision of Jesse to life
* Support Jesse in developing and publishing long-form video content
Assist with planning, filming, organising BTS content
Help coordinate shoots or vlogs related to architecture, design, lifestyle
* Produce short-form content for Reels & TikTok
* Write captions, post content, and maintain alignment with TPA brand voice
* Manage inbound collab or brand enquiries
* Build Jesse’s positioning as a design-focused builder, developer & educator

You’re a Good Fit If You:
* Have 2–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or marketing
* Are skilled with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite
* Can shoot, edit, and write — with a clean and modern aesthetic
* Love property, design, or architecture
* Have strong organisational skills (you’ll own the system, not just the content)
* Are confident working in and around building sites
* Are proactive and not afraid to pitch ideas

Bonus Points If You:
* Have worked in real estate, development, or property styling
* Are familiar with builder timelines and what makes a great case study
* Can do basic video editing or storytelling

* Comms: WhatsApp, Email, Monday.com

Location & Hours
* Based in Coburg North, Melbourne
* Office work required, especially during onboarding
* Regular site visits around Melbourne
* Full-time, with flexibility over time as systems improve
