This is the first time we are appointing a full-time Marketing Manager, making it a unique opportunity to shape the role from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns

Manage our online presence, including website and social media platforms

Support the sales team with promotional materials, displays, and sales collateral

Plan and coordinate trade events and industry promotions

Maintain brand consistency across all communications

Work closely with senior management to identify opportunities for growth

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered, you should have:

A degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (or equivalent qualifications)

At least 5 years of marketing experience, ideally with B2B exposure

Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns

Confidence with digital platforms, analytics, and content creation

Strong written and verbal communication skills

The ability to balance creativity with commercial outcomes

Design literacy to brief and manage creative work effectively

A self-starter attitude and the ability to thrive in a hands-on environment

This role is based at our head office in Lilydale, VIC. It is a full-time, on-site position working closely with senior management and the wider team.
