A rare and newly created opportunity exists to join a highly respected National Property Group, servicing the property development industry across a number of community projects at varying stages.
Reporting to a supportive, collaborative and hardworking National Marketing Manager, you will lead project marketing across a diverse portfolio, including new project launches. You’ll also have two Marketing Coordinators reporting to you, providing support with campaign execution.
This role is ideal for a Senior Marketing Executive, a Senior Account Manager (servicing property development with an agency), or a Marketing Manager with a hands-on approach looking to step into a broader leadership role within a dynamic organisation. Experience managing direct reports, directly or indirectly, is advantageous but not essential.

- Salary up to $115,000 – $120,000 + super ($134,400 package incl. super), based on experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project marketing for greenfield/residential community developments
- Oversee lead generation, sales conversion and ROI reporting
- Manage project marketing budgets and cash-flow accountability
- Liaise with project directors, GMs, and key stakeholders to align marketing with project objectives
- Present data-driven insights to stakeholders and agencies, shaping brand and positioning strategies
- Maintain brand integrity across all market release assets
- Coordinate PR strategies, media releases and digital campaigns with agencies
- Plan and execute project launches, events and community engagement initiatives
- Manage agency relationships for creative and digital deliverables
- Handle reporting, administration, and campaign performance reviews
About You
- Experience in project marketing within land, residential communities or greenfield developments required – client-side with property developers or working agency-side with developers (or both!) highly beneficial
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or similar preferred
- Strong ability to analyse market and sales data to inform campaign improvements
- Experience managing direct reports beneficial, or unofficial leadership/mentorship skills with the desire to build this skillset
- Skilled in managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines and delivering outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
