The Role

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to drive international student recruitment from China, Nepal, Thailand, MENA and South America.

You'll develop and execute marketing strategies while ensuring CRICOS compliance and managing education agent relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop marketing campaigns targeting China, Nepal, Thailand, and South American markets

Ensure all marketing materials comply with CRICOS and ESOS requirements

Manage digital marketing across social media, Google Ads, and content creation

Build relationships with offshore education agents and consultants

Represent institutions at international education fairs and events

Coordinate student recruitment and enrolment processes

Analyse market trends and campaign performance

Essential Requirements

3+ years of experience in international education marketing or student recruitment with established connections

Passionate and proactive

Knowledge of CRICOS compliance and VET sector regulations

Strong digital marketing skills (social media, Google Analytics, CRM systems)

Understanding of Nepal, Thailand, MENA and South American education markets

Excellent communication skills; additional languages advantageous

Results-driven with strong analytical abilities
