We a family-owned plumbing and electrical business servicing Melbourne. Our reputation is built on reliability, quality workmanship, and genuine care for our customers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing (with a focus on digital and campaign management)

Strong skills in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email and local marketing

Ability to plan, create, and execute content across social media and digital channels

A mix of creative flair and commercial awareness — you know how to generate results

Experience in service-based industries (trades, construction, or home services) is desirable but not essential

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Email, Local Area Marketing)

Manage our brand presence across digital platforms and social media

Plan and deliver engaging content, campaign calendars, and promotional materials

Visit job sites to capture photo and video content and use our Laverton North office as your base for editing, planning, and reporting

Track campaign performance, report insights, and make data-driven improvements

Drive business growth with creative marketing strategies and tools

Play a key role in shaping and growing the Elite Trades Australia brand across Melbourne
