Small company in eastern suburbs is seeking a service technician for repairs and service in the industrial door industry.

A mechanically minded person would suit. No previous experience in the door industry required. Needs to be self motivated, on call 1 week per month and some statewide work once competent.

Candidates with mechanical experience preferred. Basic electrical knowledge an advantage.

We have government contracts so zero tolerance to drug and alcohol in the workplace.

Australian citizenship is required for this position due to government contract obligations.

A welding short course, boom ticket and site cards will be sponsored by the employer at the correct stages.

Vehicle and phone supplied once training has been completed.

On call roster after hours jobs paid on a per call basis.

A current car licence is required for this position.
