Based in Brisbane, (Murarrie) we are a family owned business operating for over 40 years and are the exclusive distributor of global and house brands.

The role

As part of our Account Management team, you will be assigned a portfolio of clients ranging from small businesses to large companies to assist by:

Answering inbound calls, managing a busy email inbox, processing client orders, answering client queries and assisting with providing solutions regarding our large range of products and decoration services

Making outbound calls to clients to build your relationship with them, learning more about their business, educating them on our product range and understanding how we can assist them further

Effectively communicating with our internal team to ensure orders are accurately briefed and successfully produced in-line with customer expectations
